Private Dining

Café du Parc recently opened their new private dining rooms and have been named the Pershing Rooms. The Pershing Rooms offer diners a bird’s-eye view of the iconic lobby and Peacock Alley of the Willard InterContinental. The new design was a collaboration between Willard Associates and Parker Torres, a Massachusetts-based international interior design and interior architectural firm specializing in hospitality design.

The Pershing Rooms offer delectable cuisine prepared by Chef Gyo and his team. They have curated a menu inspired by the philosophies, cooking techniques, flavor combinations, and recipes of Auguste Escoffiers, the legendary chef that revolutionized French cooking.

The new Private Dining can be described as relaxed elegance in a sophisticated setting. The setting reflects both a classic Parisian-style brassiere and a visual richness of French Blue and Cream. The dining chairs are traditional French rounded chairs, that are a classic design, finished with modern fabrics. The pairing of these chairs with the rich wood tables adds warmth to the room. To further enhance this feeling, the windows have been uncovered, adding to the original beauty of the hotel. The design is an ode to the past while toasting the future.

The Pershing Rooms can be utilized for your next event and we hope to see you soon! To schedule a tour please contact Noemi Herrera, at 202.492.7010 or email noemi.herrera@ihg.com
